As being a mother has taught me children can be rather picky when it comes to eating. But there's a few things I've learned to help open my daughter Aa'Niyah up to new things. I pick 3 new food items and give my daughter an option out of the 3 for every new food she tries she earns a quarter. I've noticed that this has helped her over come the picky phase. For a week all she wanted to eat was pancakes and collard greens "yes they were together lol" . So I thought to myself there has to be something I can do. And it worked! I hope this is as helpful for you as it was for me.
